I hail from Long Island, New York. yea baby. When people meet me for the first time...sometimes i hear them whisper to a friend saying "wow, she's bold and kind of intimidating." my friend's answer to them is always the same... "don't be offended, she's from New York!" and that person's response is always the same..."ahhhhhh that makes sense!" haha.
I love the beach and being landlocked here in AZ is tough sometimes. So if you hear I'm on vaca...most likely i'm in the carribean, san diego, florida, or back in NY. but radio is truly my life, and i love it every single day! Meeting rock stars, being behind the scenes, always hearing new music and still able to play the classics...it's just a beautiful thing. Even more importanly, aside from how fun our scene here is at The Edge, i get such pure joy when I talk to listeners, and see the excitement on their faces when they win a back-stage pass and meet their favorite band! I love hearing the thrill in your voices when you win tickets through the phones. As amazing as it is for me to work here every day, i believe it's just as exciting to be an Edge fan. Because I most likely live the same lifestyle you do and we're all connected through music!
I absolutely love love love puppies. I finally had my chance to volunteer with PowerPaws here in the valley. They are a non-profit organization who raise puppies to become service dogs! Click on the PowerPaws icon and check them out! They do amazing things over there.
If you see me out and feel the need to buy me a drink ;) ...make it a crown and diet with a lime! if you're under 21, i'll settle for a beer disguised in a soda cup! lol. kidding. i'm most likely to buy you one back! but i'm addicted to cappuccino... so by all means... let's do coffee.
